I always have one central problem when doing any standing guard pass...Keeping my balance. It always seems like I'm just a hair pain away from toppling over, even with just the dead-weight. Am I doing something wrong or is this just something that is developed over time?
Also, what do you do if they grab one of your legs and attempt to push you backwards into mount? This has also been a major problem of mine and has really been limiting my guard passes. Thanks.

sweet now i know what to do when somone pulls guard lol usually i just try to shake them off. (thats what i did my last tournament)
