First Parkour Freerunning Session

here is a vid of some gym training and street application of some basic techniques from parkour, freerunning, displacement, urban ninja... whatever you wanna call it.

we just recently began training, and what you see is literally our first 2 days of training in the sport. of course we are all students of martial arts and film stunt training, so we are in pretty good shape... plus its just like runnin from the cops back in the day so these basic moves came pretty easy. ;)

thanks or the comment. i swear to you that that was our first day. we are martial artists and stuntmen so thats prob why we picked it up so quick.

we've been at it for about 5-6 months now, and have been training with some guys who have been doing it for years.

as for your request: i like it! we'll start this weekend by recording a couple tutorials at the gym!

hey thanks! yeah that was our first time out. we trained in the gym the night before then hit city hall in Philly the next day.

we have some more vids coming showing our progress over the last two weeks too!
