材料:市售起酥皮、洋蔥切丁、豬絞肉、咖哩半塊

做法:咖哩塊加點熱水讓他溶開,準備鍋子加點油把洋蔥切丁、豬絞肉下鍋拌炒後加入咖哩汁攪拌均勻讓肉上色即可關火冷卻一下,準備起酥皮而這邊要注意不要去摸起酥皮邊,會讓­起酥皮無法膨脹,把鍋中繳肉適量放入起酥皮中,起酥皮邊塗上蛋液對折,再用刀在起酥皮邊及中心處切幾刀讓起酥能膨脹,最後整個起酥塗上蛋液,再來就可以送進烤箱,溫度22­0度烤15分鐘,這樣就完成咖哩酥。
