Many old winos are perfectly fine living on the street. Unfortunately, many of them are mentally incapable of managing a household.

Bottom line is - Stay away from banks, loan originators, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, evaluators, home developers and other commission makers. They have absolutely no interest in being honest with clients. Its all fraud from top to bottom in the housing industry. They will over inflate prices 1000 times just to make their tiny cut.

@starlitopensky1 Probably. Riverside is in Riverside county. Once in a while he does a vid in San Bernardino county which is the same to me, even though it is technically different counties. I go to either SB or Riverside county every week.

Wow we are living in some interesting times... I am very concerned about the greed and corruption that will multiply as of yet, we are going on a wild ride now, and I don't want to be on it...

Really good vid, George. Packed with good info. I've also been watching videos about mobile tents on wheels for homeless people. Some of them are as small as a shopping cart and easy to pull around. Not as good as your solution here, but they at least provide some temporary shelter. :) Janet

@CobraR1993 I am in touch with this nice guy in Australia who is about to become homeless due to a roomie problem of some sorts. I have couch surfed several times in my life and was actually homeless, too. After a couple of weeks we get tired and in general, people take advantage of others. At this point, I am 54 now, I am amazed I have survived and wow, am I ever bitter!
