  • If you want to add coconut as an ingredient, instead of 1/2 of milk, add 1/2 of coconut milk. I made them with chocolate chips. :-)

  • Made these on my first try, came out to die for! Wouldn't change a thing!

  • Mine came out a lil flaky and really fluffy (o.0 was not expecting the fluffy part) soo yummy

Thank you for the post d(^.^)b 2 thumbs up

  • I saw recipes with buttermilk instead of milk and cream. What do you think about buttermilk in this recipe ?

  • best scones ever! it was the theme of the party and made me look as a good cook :D thank you!

  • @mlong1154 did u bake it in the bottom of the oven? or the middle?

  • Made these with my boys tonight. These were our first scones ever. They came out really good. Nice and flakey.

  • They were amazing, minus the fact that I burnt the bottoms! lol

  • Just made scones for the first time from this recipe and technique and they tasted GREAT!

  • @nikkilp07 They are light and flakey and not heavy at all. You should Definately try this recipe and procedure

  • Made these today, AMAZINGLY GOOD!

  • the finished product looks dense..I don't think I will try this one..maybe too much flour?

  • These are the best scones you will have.

  • Great recipe!!!

  • I'm all for the method of making these according to the video, but the finished product looked a little dense... I reckon if it weren't dotted with blueberries, it would be pretty dry and tough! Maybe working it a little less and using less flour as dusting would result in a higher rise and "fluffier" scone that you get in some scone recipes.

  • Just made these & it was delicious! I've never made scones before, and this

recipe is pretty easy. Try it!

  • I've done these with blackberries a few times, works just fine.

  • oh my Good that looked so good , guess what I,m gonna try next weekend after I get back home.Thanks.

  • no egg added???.... hmm... new recipe for me...

  • lol... i only eat but i dont make. I really ain't good with my hands.Everytime i try to bake something out, the whle kitchen would be disastrous.I tried cooking baked cheese prawns in my kitchen once and, i took 1 hr to do all the cooking. And almost another 1 hr to complete cleaning up i ve poor time management and am disorganise.i guess thats why my cooking skills are terrible. But, those scones that i bought from the bakery stores are just as this i guess.

  • can u give to me in English please, I have followed u r recipie.......... not successful.

  • Love America's Test Kitchen's results. Easy and yummy too.

I added dried cherries and pistachios.
