rupture of quadriceps-tendom,.....I left hospital 2 days ago. My well being is ok. Now i have to give me the time to recover as good as possible. But i never will stop training. in a few weeks i will be back in the gym.
it´s been now 8,5 weeks ago...my training is going very well (but i have to wait before i hit the right leg with heavier weights). In all other exercises (upper Body) i´m close to my former PB, and believe i can beat may old PB in the next 2-3 months.
