I have psoriatic spondylisis. When I take methotrexate it knocks me down for 24 to 36 hours. This laying down aggravates my spine and my left SI joint and low back throb. Just saw this and tried it and like he said, it was almost instant relief.

Drink water before you do this. For this particular exercise, it takes just a few minutes and you will feel relief almost immediately. Drink water again after doing to clear the toxics.The relief should last you a few hours and pain totally gone ( depending on how serious is your back). You should not be doing this continuously. Not necessary anyway. However, if you start to feel uncomfortable doing too much, naturally you will stop. This is a naturally program

This definitely will ease your pain greatly. In addition, there are other acupoints you would need to work on to further improve your lower pain. In our program, we incorporate a series of back exercise program to further strengthen your back. If you follow and maintain a routine to take good care of your back, then you will find yourself a lot lighter and experience no more back pain
