i gain 2kg after a month going to gym..i hope that was a muscle weight.

I gotta say, I'm kind of scared of doing muscle training... I'm scared of weighting more! I wouldn't believe myself that I "only gained muscles". it sounds stupid but I'm only 18 and my self-confidence is not fully developed yet :P

Good stuff. People most definitely seem to forget, or don't know that Muscles weigh more. Just keep on keeping on people. I myself go more by pant sizes than weight...lol

just watching you, motivates me to workout. It's like trying to move forward, but watching your videos is like sitting on a train that carries you forward.

You're very right about the gaining weight while working out. When I started, I weighed 154 and wore a size 13/14. After a year or more of working out very hard, I weighed 175 and wore a size nine. Muscle weighs more than fat. Great workouts, Zuzan, I am a new fan. You do some hardcore workouts, and I am USED to lifting free weights!
