@TheKeepers12 Um...you've not heard of fracking for natural gas in the continental US? The people living above can set their water on fire. Then there's the post-production coal refuse the flooded parts of Tennessee a couple of years ago. The poisoning of Vieques is reprehensible, but your assertion is false. For corporate interests, the U.S. does trash its own backyard.

This is truly sickening. I was borned and lived in Vieques until my late teens. I knew of all the bombing and military practices there. But this video is really a morbid depiction of it all and it makes it all even more real to me. How dare they use an inhabited islan for their target practice. Outrageous. Im glad they finally got the hell out of there. Although I'm afraid that the damage to the island and the people there will take a long time to heal.
