Zero doesn't have a long form. It's incomplete. There is no prima facie evidence of a U.S. birth in Hawaii Dept of Health, yes he's on the registry..so where's he born? Hawaii has major fraud granting b.c. to foreigners in order to populate to gain gov funds and get state status, which is the historic loophole.
For Zero, All evidence points to Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, modern day Kenya, at the time, was known as Zanzibar. Everything else has been scrubbed, censored

I KNEW IT! I Have been working on this since he was elected trying to find evidence where he was born. Big question...now if he is proven Not to be born in America...what will the process be to remove him from office of the presidency??

This just illustrates why state elections officials MUST see documentation that proves a candidate meets ALL of the qualifications to run for office before their name is included on a ballot. Obama's name should not have appeared on one primary ballot if he could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt where his birth took place.
My father had a great deal of trouble getting a passport because his birth certificate and records had been destroyed in a county courthouse fire.
