  • This is what can happen when psychotherapy merges with love. Growth. Empowerment. The understanding of our self. Real change.

We're so lucky to have work like this out there and available to the public via the internet.

  • she's quite physically attractive and sexy i think

  • This really helped me more than i expected. Thanks.

  • @bhougen1447 :) You just just stepped it up even more forward to show the our thoughts are not true, pointing to this woman in particular.

  • "attack our bodies with unlovable thoughts of hate".....very powerful words...i love byron kattie's approach of turning our stories around...very similar to Abraham/Esther Hicks.

  • This discouraged woman is beautiful, so many people think so as well. It `s just that the way I see it , the hardest thing is to believe yourself everyday, more than believing society`s models or bitter people`s comments. One thing only: BELIEVE ONLY THE ONE AND ONLY BEST FRIEND EVER, YOURSELF.Discover her, always next to you, within you.

  • So bil164 I wanted not to sound negative 3 m.ago with that comment of mine, I just wanted to point out that we can be realistic as well. AT THE SAME TIME though one can practise loving and advising and coaching one self as if that was someone else. Then courage comes again and progress and transformation and indeed it is a loving experience and not hard at all!!!

  • Let`s suppose for a moment that it is true. And that a fat person was not approached..Indeed that`d be due to beliefs.Realistically yes, let`s say she/he was not attractive..BUT!: I APPROACHED myself ,then I LOVED myself as if my best friend and even more..I turned it around that way and IT WORKED.I lost weight magically, not even on a diet, just started magically doing the right things.

  • Kaylee, is that true? Can you absolutely know that it's true? How do you react when you believe that thought? Who would you be without that thought? Can you turn it around?

  • she's beautiful! I love her facial expressions

  • Thank you.

  • I see myself the same way :\
