I installed a Glacier Bay toilet today like yours. I noticed that not much water fills up inside the bowl after flushing. Is that how these toilets work to conserve water? Can more water be added to the bowl after a flush?

@cellphonesrock76 it has a R&T Fill valve and flush valve. one bathroom here at my house has an Aquasource toilet with a R&T Fill valve just like this one, but with a 3-inch flapper + flush valve.
