Chinese phones starts quickly because it doesnt have JAVA software in it! Most Nokia and other branded fones in market today are using JAVA program to activate their Cellfones it needs to load up thats why it was damn SLOW! Chinese fones uses bases program not Jave thats why it was damn fast!
