This is a brief look at four games and how well they perform. It is also to show what you should expect from this graphics card visually.

FPS for Battlefield 3 with AA off was 60 solid.
for crysis 2 it was 30-45
for Mass Effect 2 it was 60 solid
and for arma it drastically depends on what settings you are running the game at (view distance and post processing especially) but with my settings i was averaging about 30-50.

  • can you put the FPS in the description?

  • @struggle375 done

  • @struggle375 thanks :)

do you still use this card?

  • @struggle375 Yes i do and its been great :)

  • @squatchmaster5000 is there a loss of frame rate at 1080p with the GTX 570?

  • @struggle375 regardless of the graphics card you will lose frame rate as you increase the screen resolution but on my 1080p 120hz monitor i can play mass effect 2 and the mass effect 3 demo at 120 fps, battlefield 3 with no AA is like 60 and above. This card performs really well.

  • @kookiesprinkles well im not entirely sure because i locked the framerate to 30fps for recording to ensure smoothness and also because youtube doesn't display anything above 30fps. Without fraps the fps i stated are what you can expect.

  • Okay, so were you adding about ten frames per second for fraps?

  • @kookiesprinkles Thanks, for Crysis 2 i was getting about 30-50, battlefield 3 with no anti aliasing was 60 solid, mass effect 2 was 60fps all the time, and arma with those settings was about 30. ArmA is really demanding tho and if you lower the view distance a bit you can easily get 60+ frames with everything else on. Also if you disable vsync you can get higher frames too.

  • Great video man, could you tell me the kind of fps you were getting while playing these games?
