How can you tell the difference between a pastor who is appointed by God and a "hired hand"? Once you identify that God has given you a pastor, what should your attitude be toward that person? Does the fact that God has made your pastor your servant mean that you should not obey him/ her? Why is it necessary for a shepherd to have authority, and where does that authority end?
Join Monica Dennington as she goes straight to the Bible to find out not only how to identify a "good shepherd", but how to be a good sheep.

... but God's message carried by Monica and Gary has given life to me. I pray that both of you will stand before our Lord on that day and be unashamed of the work you have been allowed to accomplish, and that the truth of what has been spoken into we who have heard the power of the gospel of Christ will bear the fruit which will be evidence of your good stewardship. Bless you!

Wow, this cut to the heart of me. I pray that nothing would hinder the work that the Lord Jesus is accomplishing in purifying your heart, and that He would strengthen you with His power, that your work in His name might be a continuous joy. I thank God in heaven for His generosity and grace in sending you to minister to us, I was stumbling in the dark, struggling with the deception that had been sown in me along with the truth of my early education in the Gospel...
