Yep, you can play double bass on e-drums, especially if we 're talking about a Roland kit.
You just need an extra double bass pedal that the factory kits do not include. (with my minor experience i wouldn't recommend any of the very cheap ones)
This is just a short clip of the sound produced when using double pedal on the TD-3kw.
The kit used is #19. Just changed the snare sound, and made the bass drum sound a bit louder.
I'm NOT a drummer, but a guitarist drum lover, so please there's no need to talk about my drumming skills.
The reason i uploaded this is that myself, before i bought the e-kit wanted to know if Double Bass Drum is possible on edrums, and i still see people seeking for an answer.

Enjoy music in your life!

  • how did you record this ???plugging into a guitar amp gives horrible souns ..specially the kick drum

  • @janoski96 On mine i went to "level/pan" for nthe kit i wanted to customize and put it to the highest number, then i presse it again and pressed the minus until it went to "l 15", that made my bass a lot louder.

  • please tell me how you got your bass drum to sound good because when a play it its not directly in th middle so its not loud ? please message me back ASAP
