Website design changes... sounds like stuff that could make things no longer valid.

I really appreciate you voicing your experience.. It helps that you know what being a graphic designer, working for clients, is all about. Maybe that is another part of it... that designers are always doing what someone else wants, not necessarily what they want. When I did work for the Student Association, there were mostly open jobs...except one where the client never communicated what they wanted and when they saw the final product, said nothing and went to someone else.
And then there is the "boss taking credit for your work by doing revisions behind your back" thing.

Hahaha thats how things happen around at my place. ASs soon as I you someone else work on a project someone else did they take all credit, for better or for worst.
But revisions behind your back is also a client issue. We will give ftp access to a site we designed and they would go and make design changes. Then have the nerve to come back to see for changes.
