Not really. It's because Fayt was a stick in the mud when it came to that type of thing. It didn't mean he thought he was gay, it just meant he was surprised Fayt was so straight forward about it.

Cliff Fittir is one of the greatest characters i knew from games,Albel and Nel is also very cool,especialy when they're talking with Fayt,wchich is lame sometimes,but is also all right.

My other FAVE ones are Squall and Zell from FF8.

Canon scenes are basically scenes that go or have to do with the main story. Non-Canon are just events that happened but aren't really part of the main plot. Take for example OVA's in anime, most of them are just fan service.
