Luke Schleusner caught a Kelby Klosterman pass over the middle on a fourth-and-four call from its own 41 yard line late in the fourth quarter and went 58 yards to set up the game winning touchdown in North Dakota's come-from-behind 17-14 win. Jed Perkerewicz bulled in from one yard out on the following play with 29 seconds left to give UND the win. Grand Valley State had taken a 14-10 lead with just 2:46 left in the game on a 12-yard Ryan Brady run, but North Dakota was able to rally with an 80-yard, nine-play drive to claim the title.
