@bizmedia14 I use two monitors for music recording. On one screen I have the main workstation open so I can edit the synth sounds and shit like that. On the other screen I have the song layout so I can easily see and rearrange things without having to switch the windows around every 2 seconds. It actually is quite helpful.

@bizmedia14 the obvious answer would be "more display area."

more room for more windows open at once. or, so you can do one thing *let's say playing a game* on one monitor while using the other monitor to display a web browser or something.

also, 2 monitors is still pretty tame when it comes to multi-monitor setups. 3 is probably more common than 2, and i've seen setups with 5 monitors side-by-side in portrait mode.
