Depends on the knife really, I can do a lot with the NMFBM because of the very fine edge, it's really finer than the BS is.

what angle u keep ur boss street at . i work at a plant nursery and my boss street cant keep up when it comes to edge holding compared to my manix 2 xhp or my cf stretch

INFI isn't going to hold an edge like XHP in edc tasks.
It was 40 Degrees inclusive.
