I wouldn't eat their fucking pizza if I were starving. I wouldn't buy anything from anyone that barges into my entertainment with obnoxious insulting commercials

Classic 50's Science Fiction Horror, and surprisingly gruesome for its day! The climax in the boarded-up house may have influenced both THE BIRDS and NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.....excellent special effects, too!

This film is a bit ropey, but the pay-off at the end is astonishing.

This movie scared me so much when I was a little kid I couldn't even watch it. I hid around the corner in the hallway listening to it and every night for months when I went to bed I tucked the blankets around my neck and head...as if that would save me from the invisible brains! I was so cute as a kid.

I consider this a horror movie really, dark and creepy. Pretty cool special effects for it's day too.

The girl almost dropping her towel is yummy.
Man, what it is about disembodied brains that's just so... yuck? The brains and spinal cords wriggling all over the guy's back are particularly awful. I seem to recall seeing this movie when I was very, very young. I want to see it again!

Its a if some mental vampire were at work.
Pound for pound, this was a VERY squeamish movie... the sound fx for the fiends, that sloshing\thumping sound, and the fact they were invisible, was a very effective combination.
This movie freaked a lot of us out when we were kids, and it still holds a lot of scare for this day and age. One of the more effective chillers foir it's time, to be sure.
That said, I was hoping Kim Parker would have been NUDE when she stepped out of the shower. Damn...lol }:-)
