where did you get the front roll pan?

Stupid question: I have a 78 C10, and the Blinkers do not function correctly. They only light up, but they dont flash. The hazard lights work, I replaced the bulbs with the correct size, cleaned out the old greese from the connector which connects to the electrical block, and I replaced the flasher. Now the flasher is getting 12v of current, and I bought a heavy duty 12v relay. Did I buy the right relay flasher, or do I have a to go through the steering column and replace the switch?
