The Original Salty Dogs played for the 50th Anniversary of the Indianapolis Jazz Club on September 24, 2006. This is another tune from that session when Mike Albiniak was sitting in on drums for Wayne Jones who was ill at the time. The rest of the band remained the same with Lew Green on cornet, Kim Cusack on clarinet, Tom Bartlett on trombone, Jack Kuncl on banjo, Mike Walbridge on tuba, John Cooper on piano. http://www.kimcusack.com/
Yes, but the lyrics you quote are from "Ain't We Got Fun," not "The Love Nest."
"The Love Nest" is also the title of a collection of short stories (1926) by Fitzgerald's friend, the American humorist Ring Lardner. It is an ironic title as a reading of the story makes evident.

I think this is the song that Gatsby asks Klipspringer to play on the piano in Chapter V of The Great Gatsby (1925).

It reminds me of a beautiful wedding I attended in St. Louis on June 17, 1977. Wonderful! Zellie

Ah a nice slow tempo for the dancers. 'Hello Burns and Allen'. Typically we play it up and with bass but this seems right.
