  • @CorBlimey2 that was a very bold move. Monsieur bonne journée et bonne soirée.

  • @jigglypugz I am not agreeing with his ggou-etc's statement, but with all due respect 'you' didn;t exist in the high middle ages...

  • @gg0u41bb at least we didnt have a line of factioned kings in the high middle ages that had almost no power. werd.

  • Holy shit,! I have done some of the inverted shoulder push ups, but walking up and down the wall. DAMN

  • @gg0u41bb and you're ugly.

  • i just started teaching myself the handstand a few days ago, and that very excercise is one of my training exercises to help help build up the strength and endurance/stamina in my shoulders needed to eventually support my entire bodyweight. i can vouch for this, that exercise is insanely tough and it works!

  • its going to do your tris and your shoulders, if your not vertical enough you wont hit your shoulders very well

  • Yeah that's great but scuff marks on the wall suck too so

  • What if we do it improperly?

I had too much muscle built on my triceps and im tryin not to do so.

Lately I gained some lbs. and my triceps make my arms look fatter. While doin this workout I feel like its a workout for the triceps, not much for the shoulders...

    So does that seem improper?

  • Thanks. I needed a workout for when we are vacation. This is great.
