@gokekegokeke1 thick black liner, fake lashes, red lips and blush.. correct me if im wrong but thats exactly what i've done. The shape and thickness of her eyeliner varies from time to time so i just did one look. It may not be perfect but you get the idea of 'thick black cat-shaped eyeliner', it gives you the freedom to do whatever shape you want, this was just inspired by how melissa does it.
