Where to get Collosseues X

You can get Collosseues X armor at the Normandy Ship but to get that you got to go to a planet that has a port like feros, citadal,Noveria than walk out and walk back in to the ship and go to an uncharted solar system once there go down to the elevator and save then talk to the quarter guy that sell the item will change so if you want the item that you want but is not there releod(try again) and eventually you would get what you need.
Note you can do this with other license item this is Kassa Fabrication License.

@captainwolf1 yea you can but it will take a while just play through the mission and you bound to get it

The more reliable way to get this armor is to finish "Bring down the sky" DLC mission with high-level Shepard (Minimum level 50 - even higher is advisable) and ask the engineer for a Heavy Armor as prize. (Works even if you are not a Soldier class)
