  • @shallnotbeinfringed I need to make another video

  • @ajackhandy Ethics and legal recourse

  • Just do what Composer1777 would do, Hey, Dont Rob Me Buddy! Im pumping gas!

  • @1TacticalMedic Yeah, bless his heart. I wonder if his dad knows that he is playing with the gun again.

  • No. You cannot use lethal force to protect property in most states... However, if the threat of force is implied or indicated directly then yes, lethal force is justified. If they are in your house, that is most certainly an implied threat... No where to run to baby, no where to hide...

  • @Hiberniason I agree. However, recent videos running around have made me think that people are not aware that if you shoot someone in the back and they have nothing more in their hands but a television set, it will be very bad news for the shooter in court.

  • Hum Interesting LD...I carry for the protection of my family, myself, and our property. I would consider a home invasion and burglary a threat. Using the scenario you mentioned would I run into the house and start shooting? Probably not unless I or my family were physically threatened at that point. But I damn sure would hold the thief at bay with my firearm until the authorities arrived.Thought provoking as normal LD...

  • if they are in your house uninvited, you may have at them with any weapon you can get. make sure they are dead, you don't want them on the stand..........

  • I must have missed all these talks...ugh...I was having too much fun with ECP...lol

  • It is legal in NY to shoot in the case of robbery. I would say it would depend on situation. If I can I would hold them for police. But if they scare me too much with their actions they will be sorry.

  • Lambdog, I am curious of your interprtation of indiana castle doctrine. Especially where it says prevent or terminate a persons unlawful entry of a dwelling or curtilage. I left alot out but my general sense is the use of the word terminate and curtilage says i could use force against anyone tresspassing even running away as long as they are in my yard. Your vids get me thinking even though I only agree half the time.

  • What kind of TV you got? I could use a new one.

  • If someone is robbing you and threatening your LIFE with a firearm, yes. If they don't threaten your life, just kneecap 'em.

  • Great vid! GOD BLESS!

  • If the situation occurs, it would probably just be good enough to threaten them by pulling a firearm out. If I'm breaking into somebody's house and I hear a 12 gauge rack, I'm going to get out of there as fast as I can

  • The simple answer is yes. If it's robbery absolutely. If it's property theft there are variables; a tv set, probably not, I have 3. Food? A small amount (except coffee, lol) probably not. The last bit or a big bag of it, probably go for the legs. All my Ag? Drop them in the dirt.
