The majority of the NYC photos seen here of the Rockefeller Center skating rink and nearby sites were taken last year by my oldest granddaughter. I think she did a great job and decided to use her photos this year with Johnny's beautiful version of "Silver Bells."
The last photo, from California, was kindly given to me by Maria (19Rebel57). It's from her beautiful church, St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church located in Hawaiian Gardens, California. So the two coasts meet in this video.

This song, from the original 1958 "Merry Christmas" album, can be purchased on CD or mp3. I can't imagine Christmas without Johnny Mathis singing, in the background of our lives, filling us with Christmas spirit.

@mellowtouch429 Hi Rolando, nice to "see" you here. Yes, she did a great job with a very good camera. It's not her hobby but all young people take so many photos. I wish there were these camaras when we were youngsters. So many more memories to preserve. So happy you enjoyed Johnny's version too. : )
