There is missing call the button the lift, why remove call the button, should put some button place in the elevator. That might be could affect getting electric shock! You've been care of it! That was scary to startled to noise elevator sliding doors like a death trapped!!!

how do they pass inspection? or do they not inspect elevators in mexico?

@the731272 I don't know if they do formal inspections.
I have noticed that hotel maintenance sometimes works on the elevators down there, versus having a mechanic from the company come out.

I don't know where this guy was at, but THAT was most assuredly NOT the Fiesta Americana. It doesn't look anything like the dive in this video...

@vidverm Unless you wandered through the service corridors, I'm not surprised that you wouldn't recognize this. It's down the hall to the right of the passenger elevator lobby behind a door on any guest room floor. You have to remember that these are the SERVICE elevators, not the passenger ones. I'm an elevator enthusiast, which explains why I went through the trouble to find and ride these.
