@lamjk10 Hard to use and bad or free are definitely two different things. I think she could use some tweaks as far as her actual inputs go, but aside from that, she's fine. The move quality is opinion since I think she has some of the best normals in the game, maybe not the best priority, but she has great normals, I use every button with her, unlike most characters who have some normals that are completely useless. Not hating, just throwing in my two cents as a competitive fighting gamer <3

Viper is hard to use. She has one of the worst normals, no good block strings, free on wake up, and has low health and stun. I hate to say this, but those crying for viper nerfs are scrubs and either haven't tried playing viper or doesn't know the match up. Like the guy TheHirole said, you just watched youtube videos of the game.

@magocybernetico Actually, she got less frame advantage on block on her air BKs from Vanilla to Super. But yeah, overall I think she's been one of the characters with fewer changes out of the entire cast since Vanilla. Not that she needed any IMO, except for small damage tweaks like the ones she's getting in AE2012.

@XMikexSonicX mp an lp Tk got nerfed from super to AE so did cr.mk U2 got a hitbox buff and cr.mk isn't even that good a poke it's pretty slow and doesn't go that far.
