@TriangleInterMission You say have a lot more experience right? First competition I won my instructor taught us to be humble. I think you need to go back tom some first year basics on marching. And he makes a good point about the guy looking at his drums. A big thing I went on was that if you have the skill than checking the rims isn't something that is necessary. I think this video was early season so he may have a bit of an excuse. But please drop the pissy act.

@jgrzych24 woahohooo, big man on campus. And I almost definitely would say that to your face because what you said is ANNOYING.
I have a lot more teaching and marching experience than you. I've marched in some pretty good drumlines, and a dude looking at his drums for a rep is acceptable. Everyone does it once and a while. You'll understand once you get past paradiddles.

And I wasn't saying by any means that that tenor player is bad because he looks at his drums. Just stating that it would have been better if he didn't.
