I recently read the memoirs of Ruud Gullitt and he describes this very drill in making him the player he became. "Suddenly, my coach did something revolutionary - I got to run around after my team mates and had to "tag" them". This is a fun warm up. Good if you have players for a soccer camp or other situation where there are many sessions like a school PE class or team that trains year round and needs variety.
