My squat clinic routine. Squatting is a primal pattern. Basic and important. This routine concentrates on rehabing squatting related functions.
A complete aproach covering various limiting factors.

  • Hey Ido, this is a beautiful routine (and beautiful music too!). I was just wondering, is this a good routine to warm up your hip flexors before stretching out your middle splits too, or would you do a whole other warm up for that?

    Keep posting more videos. You're amazing and extremely inspirational!

  • Very nice work! I've seen a lot of material about "relearning" the squat position, but this had some new and interesting ideas I can't wait to try. (Love the Nick Drake song,BTW).

    Any recommendations for how much/how long for each drill? Do you recommend doing this routine every day, or taking rest days in between?
