Vandal, I have to disagree, simply from what Clinton says at the end: "Criticism, without backup, sucks". These two hosts have the knowledge to back it up. Saying"Sweetie, you look like a ho" is far different than saying " Sweetie, you look like a ho in that, TRY THIS". I think they have to give that tough love, to counter people being defensive from all the other times thoughtless people just delivered shallow comments.
