Awesome bike. If you are still watching the comments, I would like to know if you think running open headers on a stock V-Max will hurt it. I live in a state that does not perform any inspections. Really like the sound. Best regards!

@teamtwisted would not suggest that even though the stock headers provide enough flow to get the gases past the valves. This was just me in a big hurry to fire him up, and I never rode him without the h or full exhaust. You could dump the canisters without trouble, but I DID NOT TELL YOU THAT!

how can any idiot not like a perfect idle that sounds like a pro-stock , totally uncorked carbs and exhaust ! I,m almost ready to get rid of my stage 3 jetted dg 6-1 kz1300, well almost ! I might have been ready to plug exhaust with a rag as to not mushroom valves, wives tale ? what did plugs look like, coffee ? P.S. 1st thing i did was drill the rivots out of Dg muffler and use about 6 inches of glass reset screwed 150 dyno !
