A Ultra Powerful Machine by Puhui, this machine can weld all the component until 50mm. With an infrared area of basic 30 * 50 mm , and 11 Kg of weight, this is the biggie of the Multi Purpose IC INFRARED IRDA Welders.
Output of 1000W and a heating plate of 240*180mm.This rework station is ESD-Safe and it is made of metal and coated with a static-dissipative paint and allows for Soldering and desoldering BGA, Mini BGA, QFP, SOP, PLCC or SOJ.

e queria saber qual é fluxo ou se é pasta de solda que é passado no BGA naquele molde ou guia , ou se pulou a parte do Reballing que parece que a um forno coisa assim?
