I did this video yesterday,i have had a ligament injury in my bk,but it has started to feel better.I use a belt that helps.

  • Thank you for ur encouragment,as i do have my days where i need motivating,i dont see myself as being that flexible,not compared to how i want to be,but im sure to put the work in,i just hope theres no more set backs x
