This Dough Starter is used for my Mantou (Chinese Steamed White Bread) recipe as well as for other breads.

  • If you only use a bit of it and put the rest into the fridge, would it go bad, how Long would the freshness last?? Thanks

  • when u say cake flour u mean those flour u use to bake cake or do u mean rice flour? 

  • @1dumbgurl It's the flour for cakes - it's lighter and finer in texture :)
