On October 22nd, Nebraskans carved pumpkins that spelled out a special message for our governor. They read, "91 leaks & 0 regulations is scary Call a special session Gov Heineman"
They walked this message past the Governor's Mansion before holding a rally outside the Nebraska Capitol.
Two days later, Heineman announced that he's calling a special session to deal with the pipeline route.
