Little Big Planet - 4x4 Memory Register

While waiting to get in the LBP2 Beta, I decided to do a little work on recreating memory registers in the original LBP. This test contains 16 bits, created from Memory Cells. All 16 bits are addressable from 4 address lines. The device also has a separate READ/WRITE State.
