@SusannTx Keith told the Queen, "No thanks." When they played Vancouver BC a few years ago, Keith got almost twice the applause Mick did. Keith used his old joke, "It''s great to be here." Then when the applause died a bit he added, "It's great to be anywhere." Then thunderous applause.
