I very from other techniques, but for this picture I think I used a hard brush then smudge in areas.

HOLY FUCK!!! i wonder if u can do this kinda thing with GIMP too. I dont have Photoshop. Wish i did. I can't do coloring on comps...or really anything besides simple effects. It sucks
