everybody knows, steel is a very good conductor of heat. these extraordenary thick steel beams transported a lot of heatenergy from the hot section to colder places, before they locally reached over 500°C. hundrets if not thousands of tons of steel need very much energy and with only kerosin/air at atmospheric pressure you need a long time until you've locally more than 500°C. and even after really hot fires, burning for more than 10 hours, steelconstructions did not collaps.

I would like to point out that the "Nobel Prize Winner" Dario Fo according to Wikipedia is "an Italian satirist, playwright, theater director, actor, and composer. He received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1997 and in 2007" I have an open mind to the possibility of 9/11 conspiracies but its things like this that discredit the search for the truth. He appears in front of an engineering type drawing of the Twin Towers. The implication is that he is an engineer or scientist. Very misleading.

Actually what i meant that it doesn`t matter once the kerosine is consumed and didn`t most of it instantly burn once the fuel tanks ruptured (huge fireball). The ensuing flames were not sufficiently hot to weaken the steel structure (people standing in the open wound of the building and actually making their way from levels above impact is observable evidence of this).

The Windsor tower is a raging inferno compared to the smoking towers. And yet the steel infrastructure remained.

Sounds like your making a case in which a fire started either by electrical or an open candle would produce to different fires once all the building content ignite.

Any of the big buildings in all the world is at risk then. A simple stove fire allowed to get out of hand could potentially spread a few floors and bring the building down.
