@G5F4D3S2A1 Traffic tickets= No death, no personal injury, no property damage, not even a plaintiff. Without any of this there is no "standing" in court. Without "standing" there is no court jurisdiction; charge must be dismissed. Courts are established to protect & maintain individual rights.Traffic tickets do not violate any individuals' rights.

i've got one better, ask for a trial by jury. if its the state then demand to see the witnesses, if they cant produce the whole state to stand before you, then they fail! if its the state ask for the same, again EPIC FAIL!! for the CORPORATION!!

So the bottom line of this "how to beat a ticket" video is, hope for the best and expect the worse. Cops calibrate radar guns with a tuning fork supplied with the gun because measuring devises have to be calibrated for accuracy. The tuning fork is a measuring devise and cannot be calibrated by the cop. Most dept get sloppy with maint. challenge the records on the tuning fork. Have personally seen this work on 3 different tickets in Mo. courts

Here's a full proof plan when avoiding a speeding ticket. Whenever you're being pulled over by the cops, just piss all over your steering wheel and dash board while licking your lips and rubbing your nipples. The cop will be so disgusted and creeped out that he'll refuse to deal with you and just send you on your way.
