I recorded several aspects of my training mode "warm-up." These are things I tend to do when I'm shaking off the rust when booting up SFIV. Song is "Speed Dry Manglehead" by Ian Masterson & Thomas Beach -- it is off the Jump Britain OST.
It starts with some BNB combos with slight variations, usually broken down into s.HP(c) starters, and s.HK(f) starters.
Then I practice FADC rhythm by performing endless 2-in-1's such as c.MK xx FB, which I chain together with focus attack dash cancels. I do this until I mess up the combo, rinse and repeat. I usually do 10 reps of c.MK, then go onto 10 reps of c.MP, and if I make it that far start on the s.HP(c).
Links are next, and this is obviously the most execution-intensive of the exercises. I go through a series of links that are commonplace for Akuma's hit-confirms, in a very specific order, between each unique link I do a FB xx FADC to keep the combo going. If the combo drops I start all over again, which helps simultaneously beat the timing into my head, and make me incredibly frustrated. When I complete the combo that's where I stop, if I don't I probably just keep cursing at the game and doing it until I get it. The links in order are:
c.LK, c.LP, c.MK
c.LK, c.LP, c.MP
c.LP, c.LP, c.MK
c.LP, c.LP, c.MP
c.LP, c.MK
c.LP, c.MP
c.MP, c.MP
I will occasionally throw in others that I enjoy, such as c.LP, s.HP(c) or c.LK, s.LP, c.MK.
Cross-up Tatsu's are next, I usually do 10 HK tatsus, with a c.LP reset in-between each. This helps me get down the timing for them since they're very picky. Then I do the same but with a sweep to end the combo. I may practice ending with other resets or SRK's as well if I feel like it.
Resets are still pretty new to me, so this drill takes a bit to perform in one go, I go through the five recommend resets for Akuma's combos, and cancel them all into LK Demonflips one by one. Resets do as they advertise, they reset the combo multiplier, which in turn resets the damage scaling, allowing you to set up more damage/stun opportunities. The resets are: c.MK, c.LK, c.LP, c.MP, s.HP(c).
The roundhouse loop is a new addition to the warm-up, seeing as I could never do it consistently until recently. For the loop specifically I found that I plink HK~LP for the roundhouse, and LP~HK for the standing jab. If I don't plink for the roundhouse the chances of it coming out are slim.
The last little thing there is just a c.LP reset that I FADC and dash under my opponent. The use of this is questionable, but it's neat to do so I do it. If you're wondering how I EX tatsu after the LP SRK xx FADC, HP Shaku, it's because I'm using an EX Shaku, which recovers as fast as a jab fireball.
What is your button settings on the stick?
Me using:
up row: MP - MK - HK - 3K
bottom row: LP - LK - HP - 3P
but this is hard for FADC for me :(

@kenreppa02 That's the strangest thing I've ever heard. Mine is normal:
LP - MP - HP
LK - MK - HK
No 3P or 3K assigned. I don't recommend mixing and matching punches and kicks.

Nice video Ultima, i've started doing this too lately, and having a guide all made out for me by a great Akuma player is a great thing.
PS.: What's the name of the song?
