One is the DJ you're thinking of, the other is Mauro Farina, the biggest Italo-Disco and early Eurobeat producer of all time.

This is one of his songs under his alias Mark Farina, and personally I love this song, but it's all personal preference, as eurobeat isn't for everyone.
