  • Now this is tasty! You never know what youre gonna get on youtube, with so many hacks posting music vids. But your version was a pleasant surprise. Kind of reminds me of Phil Keaggy.

  • Thanks for the kind comments. I have been a HUGE Phil fan for a long time

  • Capo on 1st fret and also on 3rd fret(1st to 5th string) I'll have to try this.

You play amazingly well. God Bless U.

  • Thanks. The net result here is key of F, but it looks and feels like D. If I was leading singing on this, I would move both capos two frets higher, putting us in the key of G.

  • you got your own special, uniqeu way of playing! are you a self tought guitarist?

  • Thank you for your kind comments. I have had the blessing of studying with some wonderful teachers, first on trumpet and later on classical guitar. I have spent quite a bit of time learning things such as scales, music theory, and technique. I put my own arrangements together; but the things I accomplish are a result of plenty of time, plenty of effort, and the many blessings of God.

  • excelente!

  • que Dios lo bendiga hermano podria enviarme su video con estas notas grasias

  • Fife - Thanks for the comments. I have worked with open tunings, and I know that they open a world of possibilities. However, I usually only have one guitar while performing, and don't want to taking time between songs to tune and re-tune. Ken

  • Hi Ken - just to say I enjoy your playing.

Also like your Godin guitar. Very interested

in the 2 capos. I take it you are using standard tuning throughout your videos, but have you not considered open tunings? But Ken, you play excellently, so you don't need to. Keep up good work. look forward to seeing more of your work.

    Kenny - Fife
