like when im sick or get sore throat i always do that. sincei was small. heals your throat up so fast and even just to eat i eat. soo good. yo just lick it cuz it gets really juicy and just kinda nibble on it... haha theres no "real" way of eating it. you in hawaii? gotta get good seed though
