I tried this today before watching the video, but I did it wrong. My arm wasn't all the way over/the inside of my elbow wasn't up to his windpipe, so I was practically choking him with my wrist.

He's a tank, absolute beast fighter.. but he looks fucking hilarious. You can tell he's short, look at him!! He looks bubbley.. if you put his biceps on someone 6' 2 they'd look pretty normal.

@Yumyumtuna He is very strong. When he's not in the ring, he's on the farm working hard from dawn to dusk. I don't think he realizes how much stronger he is than most of us.
